Nature Challenge

The lesson aims to reconnect students (level B1 and higher) with nature and with each other with the help of outdoor group activities which require cooperating and communicating and exploring the surrounding space closely and thoroughly.

In this lesson, students begin by lining up according to different criteria, sharing information about their lives and practising numbers. Their attention then shifts to the natural environment and their senses, giving them an opportunity to review nature-related vocabulary. After a fun activity, students form teams and take part in the “Nature Challenge”. The lesson ends with reflection on teamwork, vocabulary revision, and a discussion of the benefits of learning outdoors.
